With more than two decades of distinguished service in Federal Law Enforcement and advanced law enforcement training, Hubert brings strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to safety and security. He has served as Chief of Police for a full-service police department, where he led all aspects of departmental operations, personnel development, and community engagement—ensuring public safety through both proactive and responsive measures.

Hubert has also supported executive protection operations for U.S. Cabinet Members, demonstrating exceptional discretion, leadership, and composure under pressure. He is a certified Firearms Instructor through both the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) and the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). Additionally, his credentials as a Physical Security Specialist position him as a trusted authority in designing and managing comprehensive security solutions for organizations, high-profile events, and executive travel.
